  • Equality is integrated in our quality assurance procedure, to facilitate Greater access to a diverse range of learners at our Training Centre.
  • Adans General Standards Skills training is embarked on a long-term process of improving its quality management system and the quality of its programmes. The appointment of the Assessor and Moderator was the first step.
  • The changes that have occurred in education and training during the past ten years necessitate a fresh approach to academic management for the College. We have appointed a Training Manager, with a number of sub-units devoted to specialist areas of learning. The Training Manager will fulfil the role currently played by hoc teams of experts. This approach will build in continuing and give the administration permanent access to pool of high level expertise.
  • As a further Education & Training institution, Adans General Standards Skills training ‘s mission is to promote the highest standards of competence and ethical conduct among its members. The mission is intended to facilitate achievements of Adans General Standards Skills training vision, which is to take the lead in the assessment and practice business, Skills Development and Training in South Africa. Adans General Standards Skills training Quality management Policy, therefore, have two thrusts:
